1. Agreement To Terms

By accessing or utilizing services provided by AVP Tech Solution ("Company", "we", "us"), including web applications, custom CRM platforms, n8n automation pipelines, and AI agent implementations, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Engineering Services

We provide custom software engineering, automation workflow integration, and digital consulting. Specific deliverables, milestone timelines, and payment terms for bespoke software are defined in the individual Project Proposal or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of project invoices, all custom code, web designs, database schemas, and automation scripts created specifically for the client belong to the client, unless third-party open-source components or framework licenses apply.

4. Client Responsibilities & API Usage

Clients are responsible for maintaining valid API credentials (such as Meta WhatsApp API tokens, OpenAI API keys, and web hosting accounts) necessary for external integrations. Clients agree not to use automated systems for unauthorized spam, illegal data harvesting, or prohibited activities.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
